Non-Destructive Digging & Vacuum Excavation Across South Australia
Adelaide Hydro Excavations is the non-destructive excavation arm of the Choicenzio Group, working for civil, utility, infrastructure and government clients across metro Adelaide and regional South Australia. Their work spans single potholing jobs through to full packages of works, and the people specifying that work are procurement and project staff who need to see compliance evidence - insurance levels, DBYD alignment, licensed waste disposal, documented SWMS - before a vacuum truck is ever booked. The brand had a strong bold identity but no website carrying that credibility online.
We built a website structured around tender readiness. The hero states the method - non-destructive digging done right - and immediately backs it with the four numbers that get a contractor shortlisted: 100% non-destructive method, $20M public liability cover, 24/7 emergency callout, and DBYD-accredited locating. Six service pages cover hydro excavation, non-destructive digging, service locating, liquid waste removal, potholing and daylighting, and pit and culvert cleaning, so each scope item a client might tender has its own page. Real plant photography from their own trucks runs through the site instead of stock imagery, a compliance section documents insurance, licensing and safety paperwork, and the contact page is written for someone sending through a project scope rather than asking for a price.
Adelaide Hydro Excavations now presents online the way it presents on a prequalification form - method, cover, accreditation and capability all visible without a phone call. The six-service structure creates a search entry point for every scope item from potholing to culvert cleaning, the site cross-links back to Choice Civil and Communications so the group can be engaged for a complete underground package, and the whole build is fast, mobile-first and easy for the client to keep current as the fleet grows.

Most customers find a tradie on their phone - so every page is designed for thumbs first.
