Website Development For Choice Civil & Communications
South Australian Telecommunications Civil Contractor

South Australian Telecommunications Civil Contractor
Choice Civil and Communications is a locally owned South Australian contractor specialising in trenchless underground boring and the installation of the infrastructure that carries the network - conduit, cabling, pits and network connections for telco and NBN builds. They are part of the Choicenzio Group alongside Dial A Trench and Adelaide Hydro Vac, which lets them self-perform the whole underground scope. Their customers are not homeowners: they are principal contractors, telco carriers, network owners and utility providers, and those buyers arrive already asking whether a contractor has the plant, the crews and the paperwork. The business needed a website that answered that question in the first scroll.
We built a B2B, tender-focused website rather than a domestic lead-gen site. The homepage leads with the capability statement request and a trust bar naming the client types they deliver for, backed by hard numbers - 100km+ of conduit installed across SA, three specialist businesses under one team, zero compromise on safety. Five dedicated service pages cover directional drilling, conduit and cabling, pits and connections, service locating and reinstatement, each written for a project manager scoping a package of works. A safety section documents the DBYD and NDD process, traffic control, PPE and SWMS, a real project gallery shows bores in progress and branded plant, and a family-of-businesses panel cross-links Dial A Trench and Adelaide Hydro Vac so a principal contractor can see the full self-delivery story in one place.
Choice Civil now has a site that does the work a capability statement used to do - it establishes scope, safety and accountability before the first phone call, and gives principal contractors an obvious enquiry path with a project brief form built for site and scope details rather than a generic contact box. The five-service architecture gives each part of the underground scope its own search entry point, and the cross-links to the two sister businesses turn the group structure into a competitive advantage a visitor can actually see.

Most customers find a tradie on their phone - so every page is designed for thumbs first.
