Trenching & Tight-Access Excavation Across Metropolitan Adelaide
Dial-A-Trench is the trenching and tight-access excavation arm of the Choicenzio Group, working out of a St Agnes depot for commercial builders, civil contractors, utilities, developers and asset managers across metropolitan Adelaide. It is owner-operated - the person quoting the job is the person on the machine - and it has built its reputation on the work others find awkward: confined courtyards, 900mm side access, and digging around live services. The work it wins is specified by site managers and procurement staff who need to see licensing, insurance and Dial Before You Dig compliance before a machine is ever booked, and the business had all of it without a website that said so.
We built the site around the two things that get an excavation contractor shortlisted - capability and compliance. The hero states the promise, underground services done right the first time, and backs it immediately with the four numbers a contractor scans for: $20M public liability, a 1.8-3.5t excavator fleet, 900mm of access, and a 30-minute free-travel radius of the depot. Twelve service pages cover trenching, tight access excavation, electrical conduit, stormwater, communications, sewer, drainage, post hole boring, concrete and bitumen cutting, rainwater tank excavation, cable and service locating and hydro excavation, so every scope item on a tender has a page to land on. A four-step locate, plan, dig and reinstate section sets expectations for time-critical programs, a compliance panel documents the licences, White Card certification, SWMS and JSA and DBYD records a prequalification pack asks for, and a plant and equipment section lists the actual bucket, auger and trencher range so a client can match the machine to the trench profile before they call. Real job photography from their own sites runs through the build instead of stock imagery.
Dial-A-Trench now presents online the way it presents on a prequalification form - licences, cover, method and plant all visible before anyone picks up the phone. The twelve-service structure creates a search entry point for every scope item from stormwater trenching to post hole boring, the capability statement request gives procurement staff a low-friction next step ahead of a quote, and the whole build is fast, mobile-first and simple for an owner-operator to keep current as the fleet grows.

Most customers find a tradie on their phone - so every page is designed for thumbs first.
