Project Overview

Toias Tree Services is an owner-operated arborist business on the Gold Coast, founded by Jarrod Toia - a Cert III qualified arborist with seven years in the industry and the tickets to match, including ESI powerline clearance work. Launching a brand-new business in a competitive market, Jarrod needed a professional online presence from day one: a website that proved his qualifications, covered every service he offers, and made it easy for locals from Southport down to Kingscliff to reach the person who actually does the climbing.

The Solution

We delivered a fully custom website built around the owner-operator positioning - when you call Toias, you deal directly with the qualified arborist doing the work. The build spans nine pages: a conversion-focused homepage, dedicated service pages for tree removal, pruning and trimming, stump grinding, and emergency and storm work, plus about, services, careers and contact. Suburb-level coverage maps the whole service area across the Gold Coast, hinterland and northern NSW, after-hours storm callouts are signposted site-wide, and call, text and free-quote pathways sit within one scroll on every page.

The Outcome

The final website gives a first-year business the online presence of an established operator. Every service has its own entry point for search, honest trust signals - qualifications, insurance, owner-operated service - do the persuading, and urgent storm-work visitors can reach Jarrod in a single tap. As the business grows, the structure is ready to scale with suburb pages and new services.
